Welcome to The H.E.A.L. Program. I believe that healing goes beyond simply eradicating disease (dis-ease); it is about nurturing the entire person. In the pursuit of true wellness, balancing your physical, mental, and social and spiritual wellbeing is essential.
You may be experiencing confusing chronic symptoms, past trauma, or even cancer. Or perhaps you would like to live a more embodied and aligned life, with a calm and regulated nervous system, and strengthen your resilience.

What is a H.E.A.L. Session?
Each H.E.A.L. Session is rooted in the H.E.A.L technique, which stands for Health – Empowerment – Awareness – Love. This approach is dedicated to:
enhancing self-awareness
increasing self-esteem
releasing past traumas and psycho-emotional and somatic blocks and
reducing physical symptoms of dis-ease or ailments
This model centers around integrative healing and a biosomatic approach, which implements flexibly structured questions, and expansive experiential interventions of working with the mind, body and soul through movement, word, breath, silence and much more.
The aim is to promote inner empowerment for healing, as well as a clear, realistic, and positive attitude in order to learn and implement new, personalized skills for an effective, productive, and functional life.

Beyond my professional roles, my ultimate purpose is to serve as a Modern Medicine Woman, committed to holistic healing and caring deeply about something greater than myself.
My journey, marked by both the gifts and challenges of my upbringing, has led me to understand the profound connection between body, mind, and spirit in health. An unexpected diagnosis of ulcerative colitis became a turning point in my life, driving me to reconnect with myself and heal from within.
Today, I integrate my extensive medical and scientific knowledge with deep compassionate care to guide people like you in overcoming blocks to health so you can fully thrive. Through my personal and professional experiences, I have come to view healing as not just a duty, but a privileged calling—one that I am deeply honored to share with you.

1:1 Sessions
Sessions are interactive, experiential, dynamic and immersive. Sessions are scheduled every other week. We recommend booking a minimum of 6 sessions (3 Month Package) or 12 sessions (6 Month Package) to experience optimal benefits.

Resources, Education & Tools
You will receive abundant educational and practice resources and tools specific to your symptoms, illness/dis-ease, or life goals. For example, a client experiencing cancer might receive resources on receiving a diagnosis, scan anticipation, assessing treatment options, post-treatment recovery, and medical narrative. I also provide referrals to other healthcare providers as needed.
Assignments Between Sessions
There are often small tasks to do between sessions. This is your self-love work and I highly recommend them for best results.

We understand that sometimes difficulties arise between sessions and we never want you to feel overwhelmed and alone. Between-session support will be provided as needed on Telegram or Voxer with associated investment.

How It Works
Step One:
Schedule a complimentary 20-minute discovery call to ask questions and to assess alignment.
Step Two:
Book your package. Minimum 3 Month package to get started, but the 6 Month package is ideal for optimal results.
Step Three:
Complete your intake forms and set your intentions.
Step Four:
Begin your H.E.A.L. Program. There are often small tasks to do between sessions. This is your self-love work and I highly recommend them for best results
Between-session support will be provided as needed on Telegram or Voxer at an additional cost.
After completion of your package, continuation packages or a la carte sessions may be booked depending on availability. Ad hoc emergency sessions are also available.

A body-centered approach that incorporates the energy generated by your own life experiences and conditions. It aims to repair and complete your body's natural cycles, releasing unneeded symptoms, feelings, and memories, and promoting a more balanced energy flow.
Attachment Styles
Becoming aware of your attachment style and learning communication tools like nonviolent communication, IMAGO, and Compassionate Inquiry can help you become aware of your dominant relational and communication styles. These approaches help you understand their origin and purpose, fostering secure attachment and moving away from toxic relationship dynamics.
Advanced Integrative Therapy (AIT)
This approach treats your whole person holistically, addressing your conscious and unconscious mind, body, and spirit. It focuses on reprogramming belief systems that influence your life.
Cranial Nerve Integration
Simple and effective exercises that target physical, cognitive, and emotional functions, aiming to repair and rewire your sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. CNI promotes your health and well-being and improves processes such as digestion and emotional regulation.
Polyvagal Theory
Offers a comprehensive framework for understanding and addressing the complex interplay between the nervous system, emotions, behavior, and interpersonal relationships in therapy. You will learn techniques including regulation of your nervous system, enhanced social engagement, and mindbody integration.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
A therapeutic approach based on the idea that the mind is naturally subdivided into a number of different "parts", each with its own distinct perspectives, memories, and roles. IFS is used to address a variety of psychological issues, including trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship problems. It emphasizes self-compassion, internal harmony, and understanding of the different facets of the psyche.
Through this personalized combination of therapies, resources, education, and tools, each H.E.A.L. Session is a dynamic, powerful hour-long experience designed for core-level transformation.

This is highly individualized, but generally speaking, if you prefer to work with practitioners and healers one-on-one, you will probably prefer Individual H.E.A.L. Sessions. These sessions are personalized for you each time according to your needs, body, and healing intentions and represent the ultimate in personalization. However, many clients do enjoy Group H.E.A.L. Sessions as they are a place to awaken to our purpose and become unapologetic about our own truth in front of like-minded witnesses who will support us in our journey. Please schedule a discovery call below to discuss your particular circumstances.

You will likely need at least 6 H.E.A.L. Sessions over the course of 3 months, but for best results, I recommend 12 Sessions over the course of 6 months. In some chronic or difficult cases, more sessions may be recommended.
